Warranty
Baker Brothers Installations, Inc. provides, maintains, and ensures all warranties as described by each manufacturer. Any claims directed to Baker Brothers Installations, Inc. will be acted upon on the customer’s behalf. Baker Brothers Installations, Inc. works directly with both manufacturer and customer to ensure a 100% satisfaction of resolution. Baker Brothers Installations, Inc. warrants any and all contracted installation services for a period of (1) one year from the first day of the contracted project start date. This warranty does not include or cover any damages caused by conditions beyond the control of Baker Brothers Installations, Inc. such as, but not limited to, manufacturer’s recalls and defects, acts of God (i.e. tornados, hurricanes, earth quakes, and floods), damaged materials by customer employees or its respective customers, etc. |
