| Description |
This
position requires the ability to travel all throughout the United States as well as be in good
physical shape. Supervisors are responsible for
raising, uniting, and anchoring iron and steel frames, beams,
girders, joists, columns, decks, and other structural members
to form completed racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures,
and frameworks.

position requires the ability to supervise, manage, and direct
a crew of 2 to 10 employees.
Supervisors
must be able to:
- read blue prints as part of project set up in
determining placement and order of installation
materials
- help coordinate all equipment to be used on a
project
- determine and
communicate onsite changes and modifications in
order to complete the project
- coordinate travel activities of the crew from
one job site to another
Position
includes the use of a company truck and trailer, cell phone,
credit card, laptop computer, and travel priviledges. All lodging and hotel expenses are
provided where each Supervisor has own
room. Vacation accrued after one year. Travel
per diems are provided. |
| Minimum Skills |
Supervisors must
have a mininum of 3 years experience in rack
installation, structural metal, or constructionl
industry and must be willing to:
