We are always interested in hearing from experienced rack installers as well as those with construction experience who are motivated to learn the rack installation industry.   Our customers are located throughout the United States; therefore, the ability to travel is a requirement.  

In addition to paying our employees competitive salaries, we provide per diems and mileage expense or travel pay.  Our supervisors receive company vehicles, cell phones, laptop computers, annual bonuses, and travel privledges. Dress Code

To ensure the safety of all employees as well as adhereing to OSHA regulations and customer saftey requirements, the following items are mandatory for all projects as part of our dress code:

• Hard Hat
• Steel Toe Shoes
• Long Pants - No holes
• Shirt with a Minimum 3" Sleeve

Depending on the saftey regulations for a specific project, the following items may be required and all employees are expected to have in possession as part of the employee's dress code:

• Safety Glasses - OSHA required
• Ear Plugs
• Gloves
• Long Sleeve Shirt
